Practice Management Team

• Mrs Hayley Willingham - Practice Manager

The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall running of the surgery.

• Mrs Harriet Somerton - Deputy Practice Manager

The Deputy Manager is responsible for working alongside the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operation of the surgery such as planning surgeries for the clinical team, room allocations, IT and deputising for the Practice Manager in her absence.

• Melissa - Administration Manager

Melissa is responsible for the smooth day to day running of the Admin office/team, and deputises in the absence of the Practice Manager/ Deputy Manager.

• Julie - Dispensary Manager

The Dispensary Manager is responsible for the day to day running of our Dispensary and will try to help you with any questions or complaints you may have with regards to prescriptions.

• Jo - Patients Services Coordinator and PA to Management Team

Jo deals with patient communications, our social media pages and also supports the management team. 

Administration

Our Administrative Assistants provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. They make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
