Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) meets to provide a forum for discussion about the practice.
The Patient Participation Group, or PPG, gives patients a direct voice to influence decisions made by the Practice about patient services and care. It also helps the practice share information. However, it is not a complaints forum. These should be submitted in the usual way as detail on our complaints page.
The PPG is open to all patients, and carers of patients who are registered at Springfield Surgery.
Surveys are sent throughout the year to members of the PPG for them to share their ideas and opinions about particular topics relevant to them.
