Please Note:

  • Between 1:00pm and 2:00pm there is emergency phone cover only.
  • We do not see walk-in patients on Saturdays.  Please note our telephone lines are not open on Saturdays, for urgent advice you must call 111.
 

GP Enhanced Access Service

Appointments are now available up to 8pm on weekday evenings and Saturdays 9am to 5pm. These appointments are available through our primary care network both in practice or via telephone.

Appointments are available as follows:

Monday evening: Springfield Surgery, Brackley Medical Centre, Towester Medical Centre and Brook Health Centre (on a rota-basis)
Tuesday evening: Brook Health Centre and Brackley Medical Centre
Wednesday evening: Towcester Medical Centre
Thursday evening: Springfield Surgery
Friday evening: Springfield Surgery, Brackley Medical Centre, Towester Medical Centre and Brook Health Centre (on a rota-basis)
Saturday: Springfield Surgery, Brackley Medical Centre, Towester Medical Centre and Brook Health Centre (on a rota-basis)

Appointments can be booked by contacting your own practice reception team.

Patients needing urgent care when their practice is closed should continue to call NHS 111 in the usual way
