Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

• Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Insurance claim forms
• Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
• Vaccination certificates

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.

• Private Blood Test - £24 plus lab fee which will be variable
• Examination & Medical Report i.e HGV, Taxi Medicals - £120.00 inc. VAT
• Skydiving & Cycling Medical - £120.00 inc. VAT
• Private ECG without Report - £54.00 inc. VAT
• Private ECG with Report - £108.00 inc. VAT
• Ofsted Report - £60.00 inc. VAT
• Power Of Attorney Report - £60.00
• Power Of Attorney Medical - £120.00 inc. VAT
• Foster Medical (fee varies – council) - Bucks council £76.30 +VAT
• Foster Form (fee varies– council)
• Armed forces (fee varies)
• Extra information - £25.00
• IGPR - £70.00

Travel Abroad

• Fitness to Travel Form / Letter - £35.00
• Holiday Cancellation Form - £40.00
• Travel with Medication - £35.00

Fees are to be paid on collection.
