You can now opt to have your appointment with a Doctor by video. 

Please ask when booking your appointment if you would prefer a video consultation rather than a telephone appointment.  This video explains how this will work. 

You will receive a text message a few minutes before your appointment to ensure you are in a suitable area to receive the call and will be able to connect to wifi.
