To Register at Springfield Surgery
We welcome new patients. In order to register please call into the surgery anytime between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. We ask that you avoid coming on a Monday as this is our busiest day. Please being with you a form of photographic evidence and we also need to know the name and address of your previous G.P.
Once you have registered we will book you an appointment for a new patient medical. If you are on any medication we will book you an appointment to see one of our Doctors.
If you live in one of the villages surrounding Brackley (apart from Middleton Cheney) you will be able to use our Dispensary to obtain both repeat and acute medication.
